Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Department of Neurosurgery with a focus on spine surgery. Drive excellence in patient outcomes, safety, and experience. Support the expansion of advanced spine services and technologies. Promote academic and clinical research within neurosurgery, particularly in spine-related areas. Foster collaborative partnerships across disciplines and care teams. Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Neurosurgery. Fellowship training or significant clinical experience in spine surgery is required. Demonstrated leadership experience in a neurosurgery department or healthcare leadership role. Proven success managing clinical, operational, and academic programs. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
