The ideal candidate is experienced and/or trained in the medical and surgical workup and management of patients with refractory Parkinson disease, tremor, dystonia and other related movement disorders. Facilities in Spokane include 644-bed Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and its own dedicated children's hospital, 272-bed Providence Holy Family Hospital in north Spokane, and subspecialty neurology outpatient clinics throughout the city. Position Details Full-time position 100% movement disorder, no general Neurology required No clinic or hospital/ED call due to 24/7 inpatient Neurohospitalist coverage to support patient emergencies Collaborate with Providence system movement disorder Neurologists Support from neuro-trained nurse practitioners, research coordinators, outpatient neurologists specializing in epilepsy, MS, neuromuscular/ALS, autonomic dysfunction, stroke, sleep, headache, neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation Resident and medical student teaching and mentoring opportunities with optional clinical faculty appointments through University of Washington School of Medicine and/or Washington State University Elson S.
