The NeuroHealth Institute at Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting an outpatient Dementia Specialist in north Austin. No inpatient coverage or call is involved. Fellowship training or prior experience in Cognitive Neurology, Behavioral Neurology, or Dementia Care is preferred. Position Highlights Join an existing neurology practice to provide neurological care; with a subspecialized focus treating patients in a community-based clinic setting. deal candidate will have a strong interest and skillset to build and grow a highly reputed dementia program. The regional team of neurologists is comprised of 13 neurologists, 2 APPs, technologists, nursing, and administrative support staff. The work schedule is Monday-Friday to support clinic business hours and patient needs, open to a full-time or part-time schedule. Acute stroke coverage is handled by a tele-stroke team.
