Required Qualifications *Graduate of four-year US Medical School or equivalent *Successful completion of Neurology Residency *Unrestricted Oregon Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain *Current DEA certificate prior to start date *BE/BC in Neurology The salary range for this role is $244,000 to $423,000 annually based on full-time employment.
