Jefferson Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Inpatient Neurologist to join our expanding neuroscience team serving Jefferson Abington Hospital and Jefferson Lansdale Hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment while providing exceptional inpatient neurological care to a diverse patient population.Job Description
Our neurologists work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across one of the nation’s leading academic health systems.
Practice across Jefferson Abington Hospital and Jefferson Lansdale Hospital
Collaborative team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, neurohospitalists, APPs, and hospital medicine specialists
Manage acute neurological conditions including stroke, seizure disorders, encephalopathy, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, and other inpatient neurological diagnoses
Dedicated inpatient support staff and advanced practice providers
Access to advanced neuroimaging and comprehensive diagnostic services
Competitive call schedule designed to support work-life balance
Academic appointment available through Sidney Kimmel Medical College, commensurate with experience
Opportunities for resident and medical student teaching, quality improvement, and clinical research
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
