This full-time opportunity provides outpatient, inpatient and dialysis care management for a diverse population. The clinician will be primarily based at Methodist Hospital and the Park Nicollet Clinic, located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and perform one day of outreach weekly. Overall responsibilities include clinic, dialysis, call and hospital duties. Required call is about 1:7. Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
