Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic kidney conditions, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Manage patients receiving dialysis treatment and provide comprehensive care plans for those undergoing kidney transplant evaluation and post-transplant management.
