- 30‑bed Level III NICU within a designated regional perinatal center
- Average daily census of 13 patients
- Approximately 3,700 deliveries annually and 400+ NICU admissions
- Advanced therapies include:
- High Frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
- Inhaled nitric oxide
- Therapeutic hypothermia
Flexible & Sustainable Scheduling - Combination of 24‑hour in‑house coverageand 10‑hour day shifts, with home call overnight
- Built to support long-term career satisfaction
Academic & Teaching Engagement - Opportunity to teach Family Practice and Ob/GYN residents, as well as observational students
