What You ll Do:
Provide inpatient care services for patients admitted to the hospital
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Manage up to 10 admits and cross-cover patients as needed overnight
Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
Support admission and ICU coverage with no discharges during night shift
Assist with patient transfers, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies
Use clinical judgment to address urgent and emergent needs efficiently
What You Need:
Active MD or DO license in Washington State
Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience (3+ years preferred)
Ability to manage high-acuity cases independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
EM privileging can be supported upon request
