What You ll Do:
Provide inpatient obstetric care in a Level III NICU environment
Manage labor and delivery processes, including emergent gynecological care
Collaborate with community providers for backup coverage in emergencies
Participate in a pseudo laborist model to support unassigned and private patients
Interact with residents, family medicine trainees, and other clinical staff
Ensure patient safety and quality care during all shifts
Document clinical activities accurately and timely
What You Need:
Valid California Medical License
Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN
3+ years of inpatient obstetrics experience
Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, emergent gynecological procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
