Hospitalist Opening in Oklahoma- Full time- Tulsa, Ok- Hospitalist - Nocturnist Position Highlights Join a well-established, hospital-employed Hospital Medicine program with more than 100 Hospitalists practicing within a collaborative, physician-led environment. 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM), totaling approximately 182 shifts annually. Adult inpatient practice at a 900-bed tertiary care hospital with an average of 8-10 patient encounters per shift . No procedures required. Four closed ICUs with dedicated intensivist coverage and comprehensive subspecialty support. Work alongside 30 daytime Hospitalists, swing-shift physicians, dedicated nocturnists, APPs managing floor calls, and rapid response/code teams. Teaching opportunities available through affiliations with Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. Practice within a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center utilizing EPIC EMR. Outstanding physician retention with an experienced team averaging more than 10 years of tenure.
