As a Nocturnist on our Hospitalist team, you'll practice in a well-supported environment with closed ICU coverage, dedicated procedure support, and the option to teach internal medicine residents. Position Highlights- Specialty: Nocturnist / Hospital Medicine
- Setting: Full-time, employed position based at St. Joseph's Hospital, Tucson, AZ
- Schedule: Shift-based block scheduling — 7 on / 7 off with some schedule flexibility
- Team Structure: Supported by 1 swing shift physician, 2 APPs during the day, and 1 APP overnight
- Patient Volume: Average census of 18 patients with 1–2 admissions per shift
- ICU: Closed ICU with procedure support provided by Intensivists and IV Team
- Teaching: Optional opportunity to teach internal medicine residents
- Language: Spanish-speaking skills a plus, but not required
