First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians. Strong, reliable back-up call system. Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies. Guaranteed hourly rate. Extra shift incentive pay is available. Holiday pay incentives.
