Collaborate with APRNs and PAs on treatment plans, transitions of care, and quality improvement initiatives. Serve as clinical resource for facility staff and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Maintain timely, accurate documentation using company-provided iPad with LTE. Schedule and practice model Part-time commitment; physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week. No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities. Expect approximately 18-25 visits per day. Flexible schedule supports strong work-life balance; new graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
