This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume, well-supported clinical environment while enjoying an excellent work-life balance with a nocturnist schedule. Program Highlights Busy 14-bed Labor & Delivery unit with over 3,800 deliveries annually and 12,000 OBED encounters Support from an OBGYN residency program , providing opportunities for teaching and collaboration Hospitalists attend all deliveries , emergency OB consults, and provide coverage for a 6-bed OBED Double physician coverage model with Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) support 24/7 in-house OB anesthesia , Level III NICU , and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) availability Role Responsibilities Provide coverage for OBED/emergency and unassigned patients Deliver call coverage and assist private OB/GYN physicians with deliveries and gynecologic emergencies Collaborate with private OB/GYNs, who retain care of their own post-operative patients Schedule Full-time: 12-14 shifts per 4-week block 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) Compensation & Benefits Earning potential exceeding $400,000 annually $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan forgiveness available $6,000 CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple attractive retirement plan options Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Why Join Us?
