A progressive hospital system serving a population of 40K located near Salem, Oregon and one hour to Portland is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible FM or IM Hospitalist to join their team. Live and work near mountain views, rivers, forests, and the Oregon Coast in a tight-knit, rural, riverfront community in the lovely Willamette Valley.
FT, permanent, hospital-employed position. 7 on/7 off block schedule. Open ICU (4 bed) with Pulmonologist and virtual ICU support. Procedures preferred but not required (CRNA, Surgery, ED available to assist). Competitve compensation. Extra shifts and holiday coverage compensated at a higher rate. Comprehensive benefits package. Sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement. EPIC EMR. One of the more affordable housing markets in Oregon.
