Required Qualifications Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts--open to other areas as well Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
