Types of Cases: OB/GYN call coverage supporting patient care needs. Facility is a Level 2 Trauma Center with a Level 3 NICU. Manages high-risk antepartum patients. Approximately 1,100 deliveries per year. Required skills include: low and high-risk pregnancy management, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds (Level I & II), amniocentesis, routine vaginal and low forceps deliveries, C-sections, breech deliveries, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, and decision-making for C-sections. Preferred skills include laparoscopic diagnostic/minor and operative/major gynecologic surgery.
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
Licensure: Must be licensed in Idaho (ID)
Fellowship: Level 2 required
Credentialing: Estimated 45 days upon completion of medical staff application; temporary privileges available
