What You ll Do
Provide comprehensive OB care including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum management
Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers
Manage labor and delivery processes ensuring patient safety and quality care
Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar)
Conduct on-call coverage with support from hospital resources
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
Follow hospital policies and comply with all regulatory standards
What You Need
Required:
Valid Oregon medical license
Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
Minimum 2+ years of OB Hospitalist experience
CPR and NRP certifications
Preferred:
Experience working in hospital-based OB practice
Ability to handle high-acuity cases
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
