Role and responsibilities Serve as Medical Director/Attending Physician for assigned skilled nursing facilities. Provide clinical leadership and oversight, partnering with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care populations. Participate in care planning, quality initiatives, and coordination with facility staff. Compensation and benefits Competitive compensation with above-industry earning potential.
