We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join the team in Palm Springs, CA. This is a permanent, high-impact role at a 387-bed tertiary acute care facility the only Level I Trauma Center in the Coachella Valley. You will work alongside another OB Hospitalist at all times in a collaborative, supportive environment. Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts. Full-time is 7.5 shifts/month (2,190 hours annually). Part-time options available at 5.5 shifts/month (1,560 hours annually). Location: Palm Springs, CA (Relocation required; must reside in the local area). Patient Volume: Practice attends approximately 60 deliveries per month; 30-bed community Level-III NICU. Charting: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Pay Rate: $170/hour ($372,300 annually for full-time). Bonuses: Additional bonus potential available for full-time employees. Relocation: Assistance provided for eligible candidates.
