What you'll do Partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Provide clinical oversight and leadership within assigned skilled nursing facilities. Manage on-site patient visits, coordinate care plans, and support interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. Local facility opportunities Ayden, Kinston, and Snow Hill, North Carolina (primary openings for this role).
