Join our team as a Per Diem Hospitalist in Littleton, NH, providing inpatient coverage for staff PTO, FMLA, and vacation. This hospital-based role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities to pick up additional days or shifts in Urgent Care are available. Compensation $120-$130+ per hour, commensurate with experience. Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Coordinate with specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary services to optimize patient outcomes. Lead and support discharge planning to ensure safe transitions of care. Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies. Cover scheduled vacation and leave shifts as needed. Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Minimum two years of hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred. Valid DEA registration. Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility for licensure. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
