Hospitalist Physician El Camino Health Medical Network is seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our growing inpatient medicine team. This role provides comprehensive, high-quality care to hospitalized adult patients in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to evidence-based medicine, strong clinical outcomes, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams. Key Responsibilities -Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult hospitalized patients -Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions -Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team -Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge Perform timely patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and respond to changes in clinical status -Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations -Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Qualifications -MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in California DEA license (required) Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills -Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications -Previous experience practicing as a Hospitalist -Experience managing complex hospitalized adult patients Interest in quality improvement, clinical education, or program development Academic or research experience -Familiarity with multidisciplinary inpatient care models Compensation & Benefits -Collegial work environment that provides autonomy -Robust and competitive benefits package, including paid CME, Dues, licenses, etc. 401K, cash-balance retirement plan, HSA -Signing Bonus -Relocation Bonus -Quality and Performance Incentive
