We're looking for a compassionate, clinically strong Medical Director/Attending Physician to care for residents in skilled nursing facilities around Montello, Wisconsin. This part-time role offers great schedule flexibility, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients.
You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, providing hands-on patient care as well as clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.
Locations
- Primary: Montello, WI
- Additional Wisconsin opportunities: Florence, Kenosha, Owen
- Nationwide openings available in select states including GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, and TN
What the role looks like
- Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week at each site)
- No fixed start/end times and no overnight shifts or on-call duties
- Average of 18-25 patient visits per day
- New graduates who are board-eligible and working toward licensure are encouraged to apply
- Company equipment provided (iPad with LTE for documentation and a professional lab coat)

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
