Replace a physician who is leaving to go to Nephrology Fellowship and then will return to the community after Fellowship. 6 AM 6 PM 7 on 7 o f f 125 bed Hospital Open ICU - must be ok with managing vents. There is a Pulm CC physician on staff who covers, but he can't be there 24/7.
