HOSPITALIST PRACTICE Hospital Employed position and Independent Contractor structure combined One hospitalist job working 7 on 7 off (Days), second practice is rounding at LTAC 8 weeks per year (Days) 7 on 7 off at 220 Bed Hospital, 12 hour shifts Work an additional week every sixth week at busy LTAC and earn additional $250K/yr ($4,400 per day).
