In this full-time role you'll provide clinical leadership and hands-on care for post-acute and long-term care patients, working closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. What the schedule looks like
- Full-time with a flexible schedule
- Physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
- Expect about 18-25 patient visits per day
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in skilled nursing settings
- Partner with NPs and PAs to manage continuity of care
- Offer clinical oversight and leadership within assigned facilities
- Make timely, compassionate decisions to support the health and well-being of residents

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication and leadership skills, excellent clinical decision-making
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
