This inpatient-only position offers an exceptional quality of life, featuring a highly desirable 7-on/7-off scheduling cadence, night-time telemedicine support, and a highly manageable, low-census clinical pace. If you are seeking a predictable acute care practice with a flat, guaranteed salary and a collaborative hospital environment, this opportunity is an ideal fit. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated inpatient neurological consultations and acute care management within a stroke-ready community hospital facility. Lead inpatient neuro-hospitalist services as the solo on-duty provider during your scheduled block, managing a highly comfortable and consistently low patient census. Provide Emergency Department coverage and consultations during daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Utilize a flexible "round and go" clinical model, allowing you to leave campus once daily rounds are complete, remaining available to return in person for acute presentations until 7:00 PM. Benefit from seamless continuity of care with a dedicated night-time teleneurology service that completely covers all inpatient and ER needs from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records for all inpatient admissions, daily rounding, and consultations.
