Join an established team of 10 physicians and 8 APPs Schedule structure: 141 twelve-hour night shifts per year Practice setting: Inpatient Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Document complete admission notes, daily progress tracking, and discharge summaries in real time to ensure the care team has an accurate, high-quality record for safe ongoing treatment. Direct the clinical journey for adult patients with non-surgical medical conditions from evening admission through discharge, ensuring seamless continuity of care and stable transitions into or out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) when needed. Deliver high-quality, efficient inpatient care by adhering to clinical guidelines and actively participating in the development of best-practice protocols that elevate department-wide patient outcomes.
