Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $291,000 - $324,000 annually (full-time)

What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight, including labor management, deliveries, and postpartum care
- Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts
- Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients
- Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers
- Support complex cases with multispecialty teams onsite
- Communicate effectively during handoffs to ensure continuity of care
- Document all interactions and procedures within Epic EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and safety protocols
- Handle emergency obstetric situations quickly and effectively
- Mentor residents and APPs as needed during shifts
- Contribute to hospital process improvements and committee work
What You Need
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
