OVERVIEW Private single specialty group is seeking a qualified Regional Director of Hospitalists to its growing program at a community hospital Q3. Will work 7 on/7 off or variation. ROLE Will supervise 3 Sites in New England and report directly to CEO Strategic & Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement a vision for hospital medicine across assigned markets, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to evidence-based protocols. Operational Management: Oversee provider staffing models, recruitment strategies, and budgeting in partnership with operational leaders. Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on patient safety, care standardization, and key performance metrics like length of stay and readmission rates. Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the primary link between hospitalists, medical staff leadership, and administration to align goals and address operational challenges.
