Partner on performance management, peer review, succession planning, and operational decision-making. Develop sustainable staffing and coverage models, support financial stewardship, and guide workforce planning. Champion data-informed decision-making and best practices across both tertiary and community hospital settings. Proven leadership experience in Hospital Medicine or a similar physician leadership role. Preferred: experience in community or rural hospital settings, multi-site leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.
