What You ll Do
Provide pediatric inpatient and outpatient care in a hospital and clinic setting
Manage newborn care and general pediatric cases, primarily during scheduled hours
Collaborate with a dedicated team, including support staff and in-office pediatrician
Utilize office resources such as CLIA-waived testing, lab, and X-ray services
Participate in a rotating call schedule, mainly for newborns and weekends (about 10 days/month)
Ensure accurate documentation of all hours worked, including overtime and callback times
What You Need
Pediatric Board Certification strongly preferred
State medical license in Arizona or ability to obtain one
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in pediatrics or hospitalist role
Strong communication and teamwork skills
