This faculty position offers a blend of inpatient and outpatient clinical practice with teaching and mentorship in a nationally recognized academic institution. Key clinical responsibilities including providing comprehensive symptom management and support for patients with serious illness and their families, facilitate discussions towards goal-concordant care, and complex medical decision making. Position Details Faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor Blend of inpatient consultative palliative care with average census of 25-30 visits per week and outpatient practice with 4-6 patients per clinic session Participate in shared call and clinical coverage responsibilities Engagement in our education mission is expected.
