Maximum Scheduling Flexibility: Benefit from a part-time schedule and the rare advantage of a schedule published six months in advance. Remain on the same team during your 7-on schedule for patient continuity. Opportunities for Additional Shifts: With a team of 80+ providers, you have consistent, ongoing opportunities to pick up additional 12-hour day or night shifts as they fit your lifestyle. Focused Clinical Scope: Manage a daily census of 15-16 patients within a closed ICU environment where dedicated intensivists and ICU staff handle critical care.
