Private Practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its established Pediatric Hospitalist team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice inpatient pediatrics and newborn care in a supportive environment while enjoying a highly desirable block schedule and a pathway to future practice ownership. Opportunity Highlights 7-on/7-off schedule No outpatient clinic responsibilities Level II Nursery with 1,000+ annual deliveries Average daily newborn census of approximately 7-8 patients Weekday NP rounding support EPIC EMR Onsite Emergency Department and anesthesia support Access to St. Louis pediatric specialty and telemedicine resources Higher-acuity newborns transferred to tertiary care centers in St. Louis Optional moonlighting opportunities for additional income Partnership eligibility after three years Lifestyle Flexibility One of the unique advantages of this position is location flexibility.
