Job Title:OB/GYN Hospitalist - Flexible Schedule, Houston, TX
Overview:We are seeking experienced, Board-Certified OB/GYNs to join our hospital-based OB team in Houston, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide emergency and unassigned obstetric and gynecologic care within a supportive and well-equipped environment. Required Skills: - Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong clinical skills in high-risk obstetrics, surgical procedures, and emergency care
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to provide emergency OB-GYN care, including deliveries and C-sections
- Support private practice physicians with first-assist capabilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a hospital setting
Education and Experience: - Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, especially in high-risk obstetrics and surgical procedures
Other Requirements: - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Support for emergency obstetric work in hospital environments
- Availability for minimum 7 shifts/month, including 24-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Support in providing patient safety and continuity of care in emergency and labor & delivery settings
Compensation and Benefits: - Guaranteed hourly rate plus holiday incentives
