Locations Primary: Hillsboro, IL area facilities (current opportunities include Carlinville, Casey, Coulterville, Flanagan, Galesburg, Macomb, Marshall, Mascoutah, Paris, and Springfield). Additional openings nationwide: IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, WI. Schedule & Workload Part-time: physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week. No fixed daily start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts. Typical patient volume: 18-25 visits per day. Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply. Primary Responsibilities Provide attending physician services and clinical oversight in skilled nursing facilities. Collaborate with NPs/PAs and facility staff to develop and implement care plans. Perform evaluations, progress notes, admissions, discharges, and timely documentation. Lead quality improvement and compliance activities as needed. Communicate effectively with families, facility staff, and consulting providers. Qualifications MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
