Looking for a local drive-in provider. Job Setting: Inpatient - Pediatric Hospitalist (Call Only, In-House). Types of Cases: Pediatric hospitalist coverage; rounding on assigned patients (1-3 patients per shift); admissions required. Preferred skills include non-invasive ventilation management, newborn and pediatric ventilation management (acute and chronic), intubation (ETT/NT - newborn and pediatric), conscious and deep sedation, central lines, arterial lines, UVC, UAC, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion, needle pneumothorax decompression, X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation, PA catheter, exchange transfusion, suturing minor lacerations, circumcision, and swallow studies. Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 35 days. Temporary privileges not available. Malpractice insurance provided by vendor. Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required (Pediatrics). Certifications: PALS required. Licensure: Must be licensed in South Carolina only. IMLC not accepted.
