A well-established and busy outpatient Internal Medicine practice located at 426 Michigan in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a highly collaborative and patient-focused team.
This vibrant practice cares for adult patients across the continuum and offers a strong, team-based care model. The current group is supported by integrated resources such as Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, and Care Managers—allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients
Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients and their families

Ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care for patient panels
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and improve outcomes
Provide supervision and oversight of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Participate in patient and family education to support wellness and chronic disease management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical process enhancements
Support organizational goals related to patient satisfaction and financial stewardship

Required – bachelor’s degree
BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
