We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide inpatient-only Hospitalist coverage at a beautiful rural Montana hospital. Why You'll Love This Opportunity All travel, housing & rental car covered Long-term assignment (6 12 months) One week per month (7 consecutive days) No outpatient clinic responsibilities Beautiful Montana location with a supportive medical team Consistent monthly schedule with ongoing coverage needs Schedule: Thursday 5:00 PM Thursday 5:00 PM One 7-day stretch approximately every 4 5 weeks Orientation: Wednesday & Thursday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) prior to your first week Round on inpatients each morning, then remain on call Providers may stay offsite but must remain within 15 minutes of the hospital while on call Responsibilities: Morning inpatient rounding Admit and manage hospitalized patients Respond to inpatient issues Provide backup support for the Emergency Department APP Respond in person for codes, traumas, and urgent patient care needs Attend deliveries and C-sections to manage newborns Care for both pediatric and adult inpatients Requirements: Board Certified Family Medicine Physician Comfortable caring for patients of all ages Inpatient Hospitalist experience preferred Current BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP certifications Why Montana?
