Neonatal Hospitalist to provide per diem coverage at

What Makes This Role Stand Out A Balanced, Fulfilling Workday- Flexible scheduling designed to support long-term worklife balance
- 8-hour daytime shifts-no deliveries, no overnight call
- Daily responsibilities include newborn nursery rounding, supervising family medicine residents, and performing circumcisions
A Robust, High-Acuity Practice- 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
- 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 14)
- 3,500 annual deliveries
- Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
- Advanced services include body cooling, oscillators, and a dedicated RN/RT-staffed regional transport team
Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team- Work alongside experienced Neonatologists, NNPs, OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, and telehealth subspecialists

Qualifications- Board Certification in Pediatrics Required with recent Neonatal experience
- Active FL license or active IMLC letter of qualification required
