The Department of Medicine is seeking multiple applicants for a full-time, clinical track position in Hospital Medicine at the Assistant Professor rank. The successful candidates may perform inpatient attending duties, including consultations, teaching, and supervising medical students and residents, quality. and safety research. The position can be individualized and opportunities for leadership and project management are encouraged. The Division of Hospital Medicine is a dynamic division with strong initiatives in quality and safety, palliative care, and surgical co-management. We enjoy a close collaborative relationship with Shands Hospital and pride ourselves in professional and cooperative interdisciplinary care. The UF Department of Medicine is a national leader in Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, and Pulmonary Medicine. Minimum Requirements Applicants must be board-certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and be eligible for a Florida Medical License. MD degree or equivalent is required.
