New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Flexible Scheduling Swing shift hours 1 am - 11 pm and 2 pm - 2 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. Opportunity for moonlighting. This is a full or part-time hospitalist role. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on rounding and admitting patients, Procedures are not required. Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings. Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
