About the Position: This position is located at WINN Military Hospital, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Perform highly responsible duties in the advanced examination, diagnosis and treatment of inpatients for the Internal Medicine Service. Evaluate laboratory and clinical findings; differentiating among the various contributory causes and prescribe appropriate treatment. Admit and discharge patients to medical wards and step-down units as the attending physician. Supervise and educate students, residents, and advanced practice providers. Collaborate with primary care providers, consultants, and specialists to coordinate inpatient care. Document patient care in the electronic medical record and participate in medical staff activities.
