Total annual salary will consist of a GS Base Pay rate combined with a non-locality 'Market Pay' supplement. Market pay is determined by an Activity Compensation Panel of peer physicians who will evaluate the selectee's clinical specialty, board certifications, regional market data, and depth of professional experience. Market Pay is then reviewed every 24 months to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with the local healthcare market. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Manage and coordinate the entire inpatient episode of care from admission through medical treatment, coordination, and discharge planning. Deliver specialized clinical care to critically ill inpatients with complex cardiac, gastroenterological, neurological, or general medical needs. Respond to "code blue" emergencies, manage ventilators/central lines independently, and act as a subject matter expert in critical car Perform and interpret specialized procedures, including advanced venous access, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and graded exercise tests.
