In this full-time role you'll serve as the Medical Director/Attending Physician, working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care and provide clinical oversight across assigned facilities. What the day-to-day looks like Typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week with no fixed start or end times - shift timing is flexible to fit your routine. No call duties and no overnight shifts. Expect to complete about 18-25 patient visits per day. You'll guide clinical care, support advanced practice clinicians, and ensure quality outcomes across the buildings you oversee. Company-provided iPad with LTE makes documentation and communication efficient. Compensation and benefits Highly competitive pay with earning potential above industry norms.
