This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative practice environment, and the chance to lead clinical care while working closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. What you'll do Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care as the attending physician across assigned skilled nursing facilities. Partner with NPs and PAs to manage admissions, ongoing care, and transitions. Serve as a clinical leader and resource within the facility, ensuring high standards of care and clear communication with staff and families. Schedule and practice style Full-time position covering local facilities, typically 1-2 days per week at each site. No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no call responsibilities. Expect to see about 18-25 visits per day. Flexible schedule supports a healthy work-life balance. Company provides an iPad with LTE for efficient documentation. Other locations Additional facility opportunities available in Howell and Traverse City, MI, and in KS, MO, NC, and WI. Compensation and benefits Competitive pay with earning potential above industry averages. Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive and performance-based bonuses. Who we're looking for MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. license or eligibility for licensure.
