Block Schedule: 4 on, 6 off (12-hour shifts) Closed ICU Only Trauma Center within 100 miles Integrated Epic EMR Hospital patient volume is approximately 26,900 patients per year Staffed with Advanced Provider support (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) coverage daily Collaborative nocturnal coverage team comprised of five Nocturnists Manage an average of 8-12 admissions per shift , supported by a robust team-based care model Overnight staffing includes two Nocturnists and one APP , ensuring shared workload and clinical support.
